<p><span style="color: #003366;">Realizzare i fagiolini al parmigiano è molto semplice. Iniziate a mondare i fagiolini, lavateli, spuntateli e cuoceteli, lessi o al vapore, per circa un quarto d’ora quindi scolateli. Rompete le uova in una fondina e sbattetele con il latte, il parmigiano grattugiato, una presa di sale e una macinata di pepe.</span><br />
<span style="color: #003366;"> </span><br />
<span style="color: #003366;">Imburrate una pirofila da forno e disponetevi i fagiolini. Distribuitevi sopra il composto di uova e latte e quindi passate in forno preriscaldato a 180°C.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">Fate cuocere per 10-15 minuti o comunque fino a quando la superficie sarà ben gratinata. Sfornate i fagiolini al parmigiano e lasciateli riposare qualche minuto prima di servirli nello stesso recipiente di cottura</span></p>
